Our Story

Zoé Coffee was born among three friends with a strong passion for high-quality coffee and a vision to bring the finest Brazilian beans to coffee drinkers across the UAE.

Over the years, they developed a fine blend of coffee using high-quality Arabica beans, the latest technology in production, and vast experience in the coffee business.

One might say their story really began with a care package sent from home, which included the season’s finest coffee beans, hand-selected by a coffee sommelier.

Or did it truly begin many decades ago, when our master roaster first embarked on his groundbreaking career.

World-Class Brazilian Beans

Our specialty coffee beans are 100% Arabica and rated 86+. They are sourced directly from the holy grail of coffee cultivation – the mountainous Alta Mogiana region of Brazil.

The mild climate, high altitude and lush nutrient-rich soil of Alta Mogiana contribute to the growth of specialty beans, which are highly regarded for their exceptional quality and unique flavor.

Our beans are meticulously selected and roasted by our Master Roaster and Coffee Sommelier José Eudes, who has more than 45 years of experience in the coffee business.

Notes of chocolate, nuts, and caramel are accompanied by moderate acidity and a pleasant aroma, making these beans immensely popular among specialty coffee enthusiasts worldwide.

Coffee Cuppings

Coffee tasting or “cupping” is a professional way to evaluate and analyze the flavors, aromas, and characteristics of different coffee beans.

We organize Zoé Coffee cuppings for our community throughout the year. These are small gatherings of 6-8 people. They are lots of fun and offer the opportunity to taste one of the finest coffee blends in the world.
